About Us...

Dragonfly Pet Concierge is family run, we are beased in Manchester and able to offer a personalised service tailored to your specific needs.

Our history is in the pet trade, we own an online pet store (Bobtail Pets) selling thousands of products for all types of animals. We also run a local pet food delivery service covering the whole of Manchester. We are always happy to combine our services and provide a reliable supply of pet food along with any service offered through Dragonfly Pet Concierge.

As such, we can offer a very unique and well placed service unlike many other pet sitters and dog walkers. A complete pet service incorporating both pet supplies delivered direct to your door along with care and enrichment for your pet as part of our dedicated dog walking or pet sitting services.

Our walks are 1-2-1 at no extra cost, we offer block booking discounts on our most popular walk and we do not charge any milage fees...

Dragonfly Pet Concierge offers regular and occasional pet services including dog walking, pet sitting, home security and puppy care. We provide a personalised, professional, fully insured service in and around Manchester always giving your pet the attention and care it needs when you are not there. Whether you need a flexible, daily or occassional service we are here to help. We do not use Vans to transport your dog - click here to find out why. We service mainly areas within the M60 (including but not limited to Droylsden, Cheadle, Trafford, Oldham and Failsworth) we are also able to take bookings from other areas surrounding Manchester for example, Stockport and Wilmslow, please feel free to call us to check if we can provide services in your area.

Our prices are always transparant as we do not have any hidden costs and do not charge mileage fees no matter what part of Manchester you live in.

We do not pack walk to increase our revenue nor do we use vans to transport our Clients loved pets. We walk 1-2-1, as you would do, at no extra cost.

We will always provide a fully insured service, our current provider is Cliverton a specialist insurance provider for this sector.

Luxury Pamper Day & Pamper Club
Every 2nd Saturday of each Month. Advanced bookings essential especially if you are not one of our regular Clients. Club membership offers rewards for each booking made and is open to everyone in our service area. Pamper days are also available at Clients request. Click Here for full details.

Doggy Day Trips & Private Bookings
Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the Month. We organise a regular 3 hour fun walk with games in our local area for new and existing Clients. Your dog does not have to be one of our regular weekly Clients to enjoy a fun day out. Day trips further afield are organised over the Summer and we visit beaches such as Blackpool and Southport as well as the Peak District during these months. Private trips can be organised or if you are away for the day a fun 3 hour walk can be arranged to break your dogs day up.
