Pet Sitting Terms

All pet sitting services booked should be paid for before the service is to be carried out. Deposits are collected at the time of booking to secure the dates required and full payment is to be made on or before departure.

As standard we offer a 10% discount to pet sitting bookings made at least 4 months in advance as this helps us to manage our bookings more effectively, however, please note we are unable to offer a discount on sleepovers, 24h care, any booking made for 4 days or less or any bookings made for the months of June/July/August/September.

Any booking made for pet sitting must be paid for in advance:

Bookings totalling £50 or under: 

  • Full payment at time of booking.

Bookings more than £50: 

  • £50 or 50% of the total booking, whichever is greater at the time of booking with the remaining to be paid for on or before departure. If you choose to pay more than 50% at the time of booking only 50% of the total booking will be used as a deposit.

WEEKENEDS/BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not charge extra for weekend bookings or any service booked for the weekend including dog walking. Our rate for Bank Holidays is double the standard fee and as Bank Holidays are busy times for us please book in advance if you are able to as we have a large Client base many of whom enjoy using our services over these periods.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We provide a fully insured service and will provide all legal contracts and forms. After we have arranged your free consultation we will e-mail or post all the relevant forms as part of our Booking Information Pack. We provide a personalised quote for your consideration and are happy to tailor our services to your needs.
